Return Policy
Lisi Lerch items must be returned in original pouch and in the condition the customer received it in. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. All returns should include proof of purchase.
We offer a full refund via the original payment method or store credit if the return is received within 30 days of original purchase. Any returns received after the 30 day period will be eligible for store credit only.
Trunk show purchases are eligible for store credit only. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@lisilerch.com within 5 business days of the delivery date.

- Any product labeled "Final Sale" is as stated and cannot be returned
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Gift recipients are entitled to a store credit only
