How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Lisi Lerch offers flat rate shipping within the US, $10 for Standard shipping (5-7 business days) and $15 for Priority Shipping (2-3 business days).
We also ship to Canada for a flat fee of $15.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship for Flat Rate shipping.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
How Do I Return My Items?
Lisi Lerch items must be returned in original pouch and in the condition the customer received it in. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. All returns should include proof of purchase.
We offer a full refund via the original payment method or store credit if the return is received within 30 days of original purchase. Any returns received after the 30 day period will be eligible for store credit only. Trunk show purchases are eligible for store credit only.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@lisilerch.com within 5 business days of the delivery date.
Please note:
- Customized and Special Order items cannot be returned and are final sale
- Any product labeled final sale is as stated
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Gift recipients are entitled to a store credit only
